COVID-19 Safety and Return Policies

Durango PlayFest is taking all steps necessary to ensure your safety during the 2021 festival. Our safety policies adhere to Colorado State guidelines and requirements from the performers’ unions.  All performances with the exception of the PlayFest in the Community evening will be held outdoors in our festival tent, located at the Smiley Building.

Durango PlayFest is a fully vaccinated company!

· COVID-19 symptom checks are completed daily for all members of our company; patrons will be asked to confirm no member of their party is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 prior to being seated.

· Patron’s contact information will be used for contract tracing purposes, if required.

· Hand sanitizer will be readily available for patron use.

· We follow CDC guidelines for indoor and outdoor mask use, and encourage social distancing.

· All equipment and high-touch surfaces are thoroughly cleaned before each performance.

· If you are sick or not feeling well, we ask that you please stay home. Refunds will be issued to anyone unable to attend due to an illness or exhibiting symptoms. In the event that a performance has to be cancelled due to new pandemic restrictions, we will refund all tickets holders.

Please give yourself time to check in at will-call before the event starts.

Durango PlayFest will contact all ticket holders if additional COVID-19 safety protocols are put in place.
