Erik is recognized for roles on Amazon’s Transparent, Modern Family, Martin Scorsese’s Vinyl, as well as on and off Broadway in War Paint with Patti LuPone, The Band’s Visit with Tony Shalhoub, Hal Prince’s Lovemusik, Disney’s Hunchback…, and in revivals of FIDDLER… with Harvey Fierstein and Topol, Sondheim’s Merrily… and Into The Woods, Carol Burnett’s Hollywood Arms, and Tommy. He appeared as Groucho Marx at The White House, in Fiddler At 50 for Sondheim and Lin-Manuel Miranda, directed Raising The Roof, provided choreography for Mabou Mines Dollhouse, and has sung in venues ranging from Lincoln Center to Joe’s Pub. A winner of the Lotte Lenya Competition, he is a recipient of YoungArts, Helen Hayes, Ovation, and Garland Awards, and his master class series, Bridge To Broadway, earned him an Encore Award.
