Ray returns to PlayFest by popular demand after his stellar performance in last year’s “Dr. Arthur Goldman’s Birthday Party.” He is perhaps best known for his role as “Little Carmine” Lupertazzi in “The Sopranos.” Other credits include “Transparent,” “Dynasty,” “LA LAW,” “Night Court,” “The Practice” and “Mad Men,” as well as films such as “Bad Education” (opposite Allison Janney) and “Feast of the Seven Fishes.” In 2013, he won the Hoboken Film Festival’s Best Actor Award for playing the leading role in “Somebody Marry Me.” He has appeared onstage at renown theaters including ACT Seattle, Lincoln Center, Pasadena Playhouse, NY’s Acorn Theater, NJ Rep and Geffen Playhouse. Most recently, Ray was nominated for The LA Drama Critics Circle award for Lead Performance for his portrayal of Eddie Carbone in Arthur Miller’s “A View from the Bridge” at the Ruskin Theatre Group.
