Anya Whelan-Smith is entering her fourth and final year at Juilliard. Favorite roles there include the Nurse in William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, Chris in Brian Friel’sDancing at Lughnasa and Joyce in Caryl Churchill’s Top Girls. Anya has appeared onstage at the Berkshire Theatre Group, Barrington Stage Company and Williamstown Theatre Festival and on television in Law & Order, SVU.  Anya is originally from Newton, Massachusetts and holds a BA from Barnard College.
