KATE LOAGUE earned her BFA in Theatre/Acting, nominated for national Irene Ryan award for Anne/Cry of Players.  In NYC, she held AEA, SAG, & IATSE Local 764 union cards.  She played the classics- Greeks, Shakespeare, and Chekov and created the initial role interpretation of many new plays; including those of Edwin Sanchez and Constance Congdon. She fulfilled her goal to work in rotating repertory; at the Classic Stage Company in NYC directed by Christopher Martin, and in MI directed by Circle Rep’s founder Marshall Mason. Kate played Peter Quince/Midsummer Night’s Dream throughout Chicago’s Forest Preserves, Adam/As You Hike It on tour in NYC’s Central Park with Chicago’s Equity Library Theatre, Theo Felt/A Ride Down Mt Morgan (rarely produced Arthur Miller play), Dona Sol/Floorshow: Dona Sol & Her Trained Dog, the title role in Mother Hicks. Kate played in the Bacchae in Volterra, Italy and spent time in Dublin studying with Director Joe Dowling.
