KIM CASSELS is the Social Media Intern for Durango Playfest. She is a non-traditional senior majoring in Journalism and Multimedia Studies and minoring in Theatre at Fort Lewis College. During the school year, she works as a reporter for The Independent and volunteers with the San Juan Mountain Association. Kim loves NPR, poetry, science, and all things comedic. This summer you can catch her rafting on Colorado and Utah rivers with Mild to Wild, to researching for profiles and feature pieces. A constant giggler who loves a good (terrible) dad joke, and buckets of coffee.
