Phil Gold

Stage Manager – Dr. Arthur Goldman’s Birthday Party

Phil Gold is pleased to be at Durango PlayFest. He’s worked on “Soul Doctor” and “Sisterella (on tour) and “Miss America’s Ugly Daughter” (Off Broadway). Recent credits include: “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” (McCoy Rigby Entertainment); “The Realistic Joneses” (Rubicon Theatre Company); “All Things Equal” (Bay Street Theater); “Carmen” (Pittsburgh Opera); “A Grand Night For Singing” (Musical Theatre West); “Tevye in New York!” (The Wallis); “In a Booth at Chasen’s” (El Portal); “Hold These Truths” (Pasadena Playhouse), among others. Phil would like to thank his mother for always encouraging him to pursue work in the arts.

Madysen Hunter

Stage Manager – 237 Virginia Avenue

Mady returns to PlayFest for a second year. In 2022, she served as stage manager of “The Agency” by Lia Romeo. She graduated from FLC with a bachelor’s degree in technical theatre. While at FLC, she stage-managed shows such as “Gypsy,” “Sweeney Todd,” and “Heathers.” Mady currently works as assistant company manager at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.

Selena Trujillo

Stage Manager – Heartbeat

Selena is a native of Durango and a familiar face in local theatrical productions. She’s an active company member of Merely Players. She has been the stage manager for local productions including “Cabaret,” “Rent,” “Fool For Love,” “Next To Normal,” “Bright Star,” and the collaboration with Merely Players in “God of Carnage” at the Durango Arts Center, the 2014 “Melodrama,” 2014-2019 “Rocky Horror Show,” “Drag-Rango” at the Henry Strater Theatre, and the assistant stage manager for “Mary Poppins,” “Secret Garden,” “Man Of La Mancha” and “Mama Mia” with Merely Players.

Caroline Mousner

Assistant Stage Manager – Dr. Arthur Goldman’s Birthday Party

Caroline is a theatre major at FLC and a member of Durango Theatreworks, where she was stage manager for “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,” and prop master for “Much Ado About Nothing” and “Heathers.” She was the costume runner for “Native Voices” and assistant stage manager for “Sweeney Todd.” At the 2022 PlayFest, she was assistant stage manager for “Our Shrinking, Shrinking World.”

Caribeth Gundren

Assistant Stage Manager – Dr. Arthur Goldman’s Birthday Party

Caribeth, a junior at FLC, is from Sitka, AK. She has previously worked as a stage manager for FLC’s productions of “Native Stories for All Ages” and “I & You.”

Helene Brimhall

Assistant Stage Manager – Heartbeat

Helene is a sophomore acting major at the University of Northern Colorado and has been involved with theater since 2014. At the 2022 PlayFest, Helene served as an assistant stage manager on “Just Another Day.” She has performed in many Durango Arts Center productions, and was an actress and paint technician with Durango High School’s Troupe 1096. Her most recent roles include the Witch in “Into the Woods” and Alice Beineke in “The Addams Family.”
